Carole A. Lowrance is the corporation’s President and CEO. She has had a primary role in the operation of the business since 1982. Mrs. Lowrance is a Past President of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association and is the firm’s designated representative to the roofing contractors trade associations. Raymond
H. Lowrance is the corporation’s Vice President. He is currently a
Management Trustee and member of the Bay Area Counties
Roofing/Waterproofing Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee, Chairman
of the East/North Bay Counties Roofing Joint Apprenticeship Training
Committee and a Vice President of the Associated Roofing
Contractors of the Bay Area Counties.
Mr. Lowrance has also served on GAF Corporation’s National
Advisory Council. |

Emily Chin—Controller Emily is one of the
corporation's first employees, having been with the firm since 1985.
With over 20 years of construction administration experience, she is
responsible for the firm's cash and financial management, and
oversees the firm's network administration. |

Alan joined the staff at
Reinhardt Roofing, Inc. in 2000. He has over 15 years of experience
in fleet operations and is currently in charge of the firm's warehouse operations. |

has over 25 years of roofing experience including application technique
and field management. He joined the staff of Reinhardt Roofing, Inc.
in 2005.
