| Reinhardt Roofing, Inc. was incorporated in December
1981 and has been a union roofing contracting company (C-39 license) since then.
Its offices and yard were located in San Jose until September of 1987 when the company
moved to Fremont. In 1990 its operations were moved to an expanded facility in Newark.
Our scope of roofing services include new construction roofing,
reroofing, overall maintenance, tenant improvements, and repairs of
educational and institutional facilities and campuses, commercial
warehouse buildings, retail shopping centers, manufacturing facilities,
and office buildings of all sizes. Carole A. Lowrance is the corporation’s President and CEO. She has had a primary role in the operation of the business since 1982. Mrs. Lowrance is a Past President of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association and is the firm’s designated representative to the roofing contractors trade associations. She has also served as President of the Roofing Industry Council of Santa Clara, San Benito and Monterey Counties and the Alameda County Builders Exchange. Raymond H. Lowrance is the
corporation’s Vice President. He is currently a Management Trustee and
member of the Bay Area Counties Roofing/Waterproofing Joint Apprenticeship
Training Committee, Chairman of the
East/North Bay Counties Roofing Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and
a Vice President of the Associated Roofing Contractors of the Bay
Area Counties. Mr. Lowrance
has also served on GAF Corporation’s National Advisory Council. |
